Stefanie Kollmann was born in Feldkirch (Austria) in 1985. She studied German language and literature studies, History and Linguistics at the University of Vienna. Currently she is a PhD student at the Department of History at the University of Vienna and in her doctoral thesis she investigates representations of emotions and bodies in medieval texts. Her focuses of researches interests are medieval history studies, cultural studies, gender studies and sociolinguistics.
